The Company

The platform is a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio located in Singapore and overseas. The platform has significant plans for ongoing growth via portfolio value creation as well as new acquisitions as the macro headwinds moderate in 2024/25, whilst strengthening the team with the intended appointment of 1-2 Asset Managers.


The Position(s)

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the successful individual will undertake end-to-end responsibility for a cluster of assets. This will include developing strategies for revenue optimisation, budget preparation and management, ongoing financial stewardship and reporting relating to arrears collection whilst monitoring operations/property management. The role will include oversight of leasing/marketing including the execution of new lease agreements / renewals as well as ongoing tenant relationship management. Particularly attractive will be a planned, high-value programme of AEI value-add initiatives and which will require active management from feasibility studies through implementation over the next 2-3 years. This exposure will include complete and partial re-development exercises anticipated to be pivotal to the successful performance of the portfolio. The role will also oversee annual valuation exercises and investment / divestment due diligence studies.

The intended appointments represent excellent opportunities for early-career and mid-level asset management professionals to operate within a stable, yet progressive, REIT environment whilst actively managing critical AEI programmes.


The Person

The ideal candidates will offer either a Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance whilst, offering a minimum of 5+ years’ sound experience honed in the real estate industry (comprising leasing/property/asset management and an ability to manage financial feasibility studies and financial reporting). Exposure to industrial assets is strongly preferred complemented by appropriate familiarity with JTC rules/regulations. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and initiative to work autonomously whilst enjoying some collaboration within a supportive team environment.
