The Company 

The organisation is a growing multi-product private investment firm with strong growth plans for 2023. This includes its Private Equity Real Estate platform, currently focused toward value-add Commercial Real Estate in the developed markets of Singapore, Australia and Europe. Its dynamic management team has forged a lively, highly entrepreneurial culture that actively encourages idea and product generation and empowerment to deliver results. As it enters its next phase of growth, it now plans to bolster the team with the proposed appointment of an Asset Management Associate.

The Position 

Based in Singapore, whilst reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the appointed individual will enjoy occasional travel whilst supporting asset- and portfolio-level strategy development and deployment to optimise value. This will include the management of key matrices relating to NOI (occupancy, revenue, OPEX, CAPEX) whilst closely collaborating with operations teams to identify activity to positively drive financial results. Naturally, the position will include budget management, performance and variance analysis, reporting and forecasting whilst undertaking ongoing Hold/Sell analysis. The appointed individual will support pre- and post-acquisition due diligence / integration whilst also planning for AEI and ESG-related initiatives.

The Person 

Interested candidates are expected to offer a Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Economics and at least 3-4 years’ relevant prior experience within real estate asset management whilst offering strong technical skills including cashflow modelling and some exposure to asset-level operations (leasing, property management and similar).
