The Company 

This is a superb, pioneering opportunity to join an exceptional international Group enjoying stellar growth across APAC whilst maintaining its mission toward real estate investment, development, asset and fund management of Greenfield/Brownfield industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn and its growth will continue apace throughout 2022 and beyond. In Singapore, a number of new appointments are required including twin junior Development Management/BD Executive appointments.

The Positions

The appointed individuals will support proposed greenfield built-to-suit, spec-build or brownfield re-development projects. The role will include support to the initial business development function for off-market development deals including client interaction to determine proposed project specifications, land/project feasibilities and development pricing, delivery of presentations, terms negotiation and subsequent support to the development management process of each secured project. This will include support co-ordination of project consultants and contractors, as well as flagging and resolving technical matters to the senior team. The appointed individual will monitor project budgets, milestones and file drawings and warranties through to completion and hand-over to asset management and operational teams.

The People

Interested candidates will offer an appropriate Degree (Civil / Architecture) complete with 2-4 years’ prior exposure to business development and/or development management processes within a Real Estate Developer (land acquisition feasibility through design, planning, construction and delivery) preferably including some exposure to warehouse logistics and/or industrial assets.

To be successful, you will offer an outgoing personality and customer-facing ‘presence’ to manage business development and stakeholder co-ordination.

In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of SG$50,000 – 60,000 plus benefits depending upon experience.
