The Company

The company is a leading Voice AI solution provider across 16 countries, actively harnessing the power of AI voice automation to supercharge customer experiences. The business aids call centers in cost reduction through the automation of repetitive tasks and the reduction of agent workloads, liberating agents to concentrate on tasks uniquely suited to human capabilities. In the Philippines, there is now an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage the local market.

 

The Position 

The appointed individual will develop and execute a lead generation plan to build a pipeline of qualified prospects. This position involves identifying and researching potential clients and decision-makers in the target market. Utilizing various methods to contact potential clients, including phone, email, LinkedIn, web search, and other digital methods. The BD Manager will make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s products and services. He/She will qualify prospects and assess fit for the products and services. This includes setting-up appointments / demos for account executives and maintaining accurate records of leads in the CRM. Most importantly, the BD Manager will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and tactics to improve lead generation.

 

The Person 

Interested candidates should offer a Bachelor’s Degree with over 3 years of experience in business development / leads generation / client acquisition. He/She must be resourceful and with proven record of successful outreach from cold approaches. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a good command of written and spoken English, result driven, goal oriented, hungry for successful deals. Lead generation in the FSI industry would be an advantage.
