The Company
Our client is a well-established property development and investment group in Myanmar with a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. As part of its continued expansion, the group is seeking an experienced planning professional to support the successful delivery of major urban projects.
The Position
This role is responsible for leading project planning and scheduling activities across the full development lifecycle, from design and procurement through to construction, testing, commissioning, and handover. Working closely with project management, engineering, procurement, commercial, and construction teams, the position will develop and manage integrated master schedules across multiple large-scale developments.
The role will oversee programme monitoring, critical path analysis, progress reporting, schedule recovery planning, and coordination of contractor and consultant programmes. The projects involve complex mixed-use developments comprising high-rise buildings, commercial components, infrastructure works, and integrated urban environments requiring strong coordination across multiple interfaces and stakeholders.
The Person
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale mixed-use or high-rise developments, with deep understanding of construction sequencing, procurement interfaces, authority approvals, and multidisciplinary coordination. Experience working within developer, consultancy, or major contractor environments will be highly regarded.
Candidates should possess strong technical planning expertise, with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Exposure to complex urban developments and structured international project environments across Asia would be advantageous. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
