The Company
Our client is a well-established property development and investment group in Myanmar with a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. The organization continues to expand its project portfolio and is seeking experienced construction professionals to support the successful delivery of major developments.
The Position
This role is responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale mixed-use developments across multiple construction phases. Working closely with the Project Director and internal stakeholders, the position oversees design coordination, authority approvals, procurement activities, construction supervision, quality management, and project handover processes.
The projects include premium mixed-use developments involving high-rise residential towers, commercial components, luxury residential units, infrastructure works, landscaping, and supporting facilities. The role requires close coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
The Person
The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing large-scale mixed-use or high-rise developments, with exposure to complex construction sequencing, contractor coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, infrastructure, or integrated urban developments will be highly regarded.
Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge across construction methodologies, project planning, design coordination, and stakeholder management. Exposure to structured international project environments and regional development projects would be advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, and reporting capabilities are essential.
