The Position

This is a hands-on Data Scientist role working closely with business, operations, and transformation stakeholders.

The role is focused on end-to-end problem solving — from identifying opportunities to deploying solutions and measuring impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Own business problems end-to-end (problem → solution → impact)

• Translate business challenges into analytics and ML-driven solutions

• Design and deliver diagnostic, predictive, and machine learning models

• Work with SQL, Python, and Excel to analyse and interpret data

• Partner cross-functionally to implement and operationalise solutions

• Track and optimise model performance and business outcomes

• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to business teams

📌 Candidates who can demonstrate GitHub projects or prior analytical work will be prioritised

The Person

We are looking for individuals who are problem solvers first, data scientists second, with a strong orientation toward business impact

• 2+ years experience in data science, analytics, or related roles

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability

• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Advanced Excel

• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals

• Ability to translate analysis into clear business insights

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Familiarity with cloud environments
