To meet business growth, they are now looking to appoint a seasoned Engineering Manager to manage their Pharmaceutical Facility.

The Position

The appointed individual manages engineering projects, pharmaceutical factory equipment and facility maintenance. He/She will handle equipment commissioning and validation, engineering drawings and ED related status labeling. The Engineering Manager will supervise 5 to 8 team members and be the overall in-charge of engineering matters including preparation of SOPs, implementation of good documentation practices and GMP regulations.

The Person

Interested candidates should offer a Degree M. Pharm/MSc Chemistry/MSc. Microbiology/MSc Biotechnology and at least 8-10 years relevant experience, ideally in the Pharma industry. Knowledge of GMP regulations/requirements is required. In dept knowledge in engineering, maintenance, equipment management within a Pharm/Medical manufacturing facility is also essential. Strong leadership, project management skills and communications skills are also important to be successful in this position.
