Large-scale, Multi-venue Resort
International Management Team
Location: SE Asia
The Integrated Resort is a well-established gaming and hotel resort facility located in SE Asia enjoying particularly strong revenue and bottom-line growth. Led by a noted CEO, and bolstered by the support of an equally credible international Board, substantial plans for expansion are afoot complete with capital investment to enhance gaming, hospitality and infrastructure components. It now seeks a suitably-experienced F&B Director.
Reporting to CEO, the appointed individual will lead a complex organisation consisting of around twenty (20) F&B venues, large-scale banqueting facilities, 1500 rooms, on-site events and a team of close to 600 regular staff and additional contract labour. Naturally, as the leader for a complex, busy and demanding environment, there will be a need to oversee the end-to-end of the function. This will include strategic planning, financial management, operations management and service standards, menu development with culinary teams to ensure output meets the needs and preferences of its customers. Guest satisfaction is a priority and, as such, close collaboration with all other departments will be essential to ensure F&B seamlessly integrates with the overall guest experience.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a suitably experienced F&B Director to critical leadership role within an Integrated Resort anticipated to grow substantially over the coming years.
The ideal candidate should offer 15-20 years of seasoned experience as a F&B Director within a similar multi-venue, large-scale property cluster, preferably consisting of casino gaming operations. Experience must include team leadership, financial management (P&L), menu creation, business development, event and resource planning whilst driving first-class customer experience. Current or prior experience within Asia may be preferred but not essential
