The Company 

The organisation is a subsidiary of an exceptional international Group and which has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC whilst driving investment and development of industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional APAC portfolio in excess of US$12bn whilst maintaining a similar appetite as the next bull cycle emerges in 2024/25. The platform now seeks to appoint a Head of Asset Management with a focus toward Singapore and SE Asia.

 

The Position       

Based in Singapore, whilst reporting to the Country Head, the appointed individual will enjoy a role to lead a small asset management and property management team whilst driving long-term value for the Singapore and SEA portfolio. This will include pre- and post-acquisitions analysis, development monitoring, ongoing tenant relationship management and stakeholder engagement (investors, lenders, brokers, vendors), mentoring for performance enhancement of the team and the inculcation and implementation of sustainability initiatives. Naturally, primary focus will be toward asset- and portfolio-level performance (NOI), occupancy, rent reversions, arrears and appropriate maintenance/AEI CAPEX works to drive value. The role will be responsible for valuation exercises, Hold/Sell analysis and the review and management of all budgets, lease strategies and SOPs whilst preparing and presenting portfolio reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

 

The Person 

Interested candidates will be offer a good Degree in Real Estate and at least 10+ years’ real estate asset management experience incorporating cashflow modelling, budget management, portfolio valuations, property and lease management.  Prior exposure to Industrial or Logistics assets, including development assets, is strongly preferred although generalists with industrial exposure are also welcomed. Current or prior Singapore-based experience is essential.
