Having developed proprietary, patented technology, the company is the market leader in Myanmar whilst building a team of more than 2000+ employees. It is now planning further growth into various international markets bolstered by significant institutional investment. To support its ongoing growth and long-term ambitions, there is an immediate requirement to appoint a seasoned local/repatriate Head of Finance to be part of its team.

The Position

Reporting and working closely with the VP Finance, the Head of Finance will assume a strategic role where he/she will manage the entire Billing process, Store Finance and Customer Management. The successful individual will be responsible for formulating and recommending an efficient strategy for billing to ensure that billings are performed on time and in an accurate manner, accurate management reports are completed in relation to Revenues and Accounts Receivable, and ensure internal controls are in place. The appointed indvidual will also need to have strong managerial experience as he/she will need to manage a relatively large team with multiple locations across the country.

The Person

It is anticipated that interested candidates possess an Accountancy/Finance degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Candidate must have prior experience of either working in a Retail, Telecom or ISP business. The appointed individual will also offer strong bi-lingual Burmese/English communication skills with an adept ability to motivate teams.
