The Position

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and driving the group's Manufacturing Excellence strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. You will champion Lean Manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives while establishing standardized operating practices, performance management systems, and operational KPIs. Working closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, optimize manufacturing processes, strengthen quality and reliability, reduce operational costs, and build a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. The role will also support capability development, digital transformation initiatives, and the implementation of best-in-class manufacturing practices.

The Person

You are an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong track record of driving operational excellence within large-scale manufacturing environments. You possess deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, process optimization, and change management, with the ability to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety, and equipment effectiveness. You are a collaborative leader who can influence stakeholders across multiple sites, develop high-performing teams, and successfully lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
