The Company

Our client is a diversified organization operating across FMCG and healthcare sectors, with a growing presence in healthcare infrastructure, services, and investments. With an ambition to expand its healthcare portfolio, the group is actively developing new facilities and exploring strategic partnerships to build a scalable and sustainable healthcare platform.

The Position

Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines business development and project leadership responsibilities, taking ownership of both the identification of new healthcare opportunities and the end-to-end delivery of key projects. The individual will play a critical role in shaping the group’s healthcare expansion strategy, including evaluating investment opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and driving feasibility studies for new developments.

In parallel, the role will lead the execution of major healthcare projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept and planning through to construction, commissioning, and operational handover. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and partners to ensure that projects are commercially viable, operationally sound, and aligned with regulatory and clinical requirements. The role will also drive governance, resource planning, and performance tracking, ensuring that both business development initiatives and project delivery are executed effectively and contribute to the group’s long-term growth objectives.

The Person

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business development and project execution experience, ideally within healthcare, infrastructure, or other regulated industries. They have a proven track record in evaluating and delivering large-scale projects, combined with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. The individual demonstrates strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, partners, and external stakeholders effectively. Experience in healthcare development, hospital projects, or similar environments will be highly advantageous, alongside the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization and drive initiatives from concept through to execution.
