The Company

A well-established and rapidly expanding healthcare group, the company is recognized as one of the leading providers of pharmaceutical and medical products in Myanmar. The company operates a nationwide distribution network supported by modern facilities, strong supply chain capabilities, and long-standing partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. As the organisation continues to strengthen its people capability, it is now seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the development of efficient HR processes, systems, governance, and employee lifecycle management.

The Position

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will oversee the full HR operations function, ensuring efficient delivery across HR administration, employee lifecycle management, HRIS, compliance, reporting, and organisational processes. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate people data, improving HR workflows, and supporting business-wide HR initiatives. The successful candidate will also work closely with department leaders to support performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, policy implementation, and HR governance while ensuring compliance with labour regulations and internal standards.

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 to 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including a minimum of four years in a managerial or leadership position. Strong exposure to HR operations, HRIS, employee lifecycle management, policy development, compliance, and HR reporting is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent organisational and analytical skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and professional fluency in English. Experience driving HR process improvements, implementing best practices, and leading operational HR projects within a fast-paced organisation will be highly regarded.
