The Company 

The organisation is a growing multi-product private investment firm with strong growth plans for 2023. This includes its Private Equity Real Estate platform, currently focused toward value-add Commercial Real Estate in the developed markets of Singapore, Australia and Europe. Its dynamic management team has forged a lively, highly entrepreneurial culture that actively encourages idea and product generation and empowerment to deliver results. As it enters its next phase of growth, it now plans to bolster the team with the proposed appointment of an Investment Associate.

The Position 

Based in Singapore, whilst reporting to the Head of Investment, the appointed individual will undertake end-to-end deal sourcing and underwriting for new, value-add commercial real estate opportunities and with primary focus toward the UK market. This will include building relationships with brokers and other professional networks, undertaking financial feasibility studies, preparation of Investment memos through to deal transaction management. The role will also include research for new market entry and diversified asset exposure.

The Person 

Interested candidates are expected to offer a Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Economics and at least 3 years’ relevant prior experience supporting deal underwriting and execution whilst offering strong financial modelling and market research skills. Exposure to UK investment will be advantageous although not essential.
