Our client is a leading diversified group with investments across multiple industries. As part of its continued growth, the Group is expanding its Investment team to support strategic investments, acquisitions, and business expansion initiatives.

The Positions

We are seeking both a Junior Investment Associate and a Senior Investment Analyst to support the Group's investment activities across its diverse portfolio. These positions will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities while supporting the Group's long-term growth strategy.

Responsibilities include conducting financial modelling, business valuation, market and industry research, commercial due diligence, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for acquisitions, joint ventures, greenfield developments, and expansion projects. The successful candidates will prepare investment papers, business cases, and presentations to support senior management and investment decision-making, while working closely with internal business units and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.

The Junior Investment Associate will primarily support research, financial analysis, investment appraisals, and project execution under the guidance of senior team members. The Senior Investment Analyst will take ownership of more complex investment evaluations, lead financial modelling and valuation exercises, assess strategic opportunities, monitor investment performance, prepare Board and Investment Committee papers, and provide recommendations on capital allocation and business growth initiatives.

The Person

For the Junior Investment Associate, candidates should possess approximately 2–5 years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, financial planning and analysis, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical thinking, financial modelling capability, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial statements are essential. Exposure to valuation techniques, market research, and preparing investment reports will be advantageous.

For the Senior Investment Analyst, candidates should have approximately 6–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment management, or strategy consulting. Experience leading investment evaluations, developing complex financial models, preparing feasibility studies, conducting commercial due diligence, and presenting recommendations to senior management or investment committees is highly desirable. Exposure to sectors such as energy, infrastructure, industrials, manufacturing, healthcare, or real estate would be advantageous.

Candidates for both roles should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA, CFA, CPA, or other professional qualifications will be considered an advantage for the senior appointment. Strong financial modelling, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential, together with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should be commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across multiple business sectors.
