The Company

The platform is a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an international portfolio of assets. The platform anticipates a strong economic rebound into 2024 as macro headwinds moderate and with strengthening rent reversion. There is a need to bolster the Singapore-based REIT Management team with the intended appointment of an Investor Relations professional.

The Position

Reporting to the CEO and closely collaborating with key management and on-the-ground operations team, the successful individual will manage the full array of IR responsibilities consisting of investor communications, SRX announcements, preparation of the annual report and AGM whilst also acting as the primary contact across the investment community to support capital-raising. This will include developing core portfolio collateral, capital-raising pitch books, maintenance of the corporate website, analyst engagement (counter coverage) and direct/indirect engagement with institutional and private wealth clients including Q&A management. There will be an accompanying requirement to track performance against sector benchmarks whilst driving on- and offline media coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early- to mid-level IR professional to secure leadership of the function within a small-cap environment.

The Person

The ideal candidate will offer either a Degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance whilst offering a minimum of 2-3+ years’ sound IR experience, preferably honed in the real estate / business trust sector. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and initiative to work autonomously whilst enjoying collaboration across the senior management team. In particular, the appointed individual should offer bi-lingual English and Mandarin proficiency given a need for engagement with China-based stakeholders.
