The Position

Our client is a growing real estate development group undertaking a significant mixed-use development in Yangon. The project will integrate multiple asset classes including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and public spaces, creating a high-profile destination development that will contribute to the city's evolving urban landscape.The Landscape Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating landscape elements across the development. This includes public spaces, streetscapes, recreational facilities, green areas, and outdoor environments that enhance the overall user experience. The role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure landscape designs are integrated effectively within the broader master plan while meeting quality, sustainability, and operational objectives.

The Person

The candidates should hold relevant qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related field and demonstrate experience in landscape design for large-scale developments, hospitality projects, townships, mixed-use developments, or urban environments. Strong conceptual design, technical detailing, and stakeholder management capabilities will be highly regarded.

The successful candidate must have relevant working experience within developer environment, require strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams, and a passion for delivering high-quality developments.
