The platform is a sponsor of a well-established Singapore REIT consisting of an asset portfolio in Singapore and overseas. It is also on the cusp of launching a new Private Fund and which will allow for broader asset acquisitions and expansion into new markets focused toward industrial/logistics and business park assets. As a result of its new initiatives, there is a need to strengthen the team including the appointment of an experienced Leasing/Marketing Manager for the REIT.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, the successful individual will undertake end-to-end lease management duties including tenant sourcing (‘hunting’), the presentation of prospective space and rental/terms negotiation. The overall objective will be to optimise occupancy and rental income across the portfolio in alignment with investment considerations. There will be a requirement to build external relationships with property agents as well as corporate counterparts within prospective international tenants, in order to broaden exposure to the asset portfolio. Naturally, the appointed individual will also oversee day-to-day lease administration, reference and credit checks whilst ensuring first-class delivery of client servicing for existing tenant relationships.

The ideal candidate will offer either a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or Marketing whilst, ideally, offering a minimum of 5+ years’ sound experience honed in commercial leasing. Exposure to logistics/industrial assets is strongly preferred and complemented by well-rounded experience gained in both agency and developer/asset owner environments. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and self-initiative to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment whilst the customer-facing nature of the position demands a strong orientation towards business development (‘hunter’ mind-set) and service excellence.
In exchange, the company will offer a salary in the region of $80k – 95k+/- plus bonus, depending upon experience.
