The Company 

The organisation is a well-established, entrepreneurial and dynamic Private Equity Real Estate platform with an internationally diversified portfolio of assets. In Singapore, it holds a number of prestigious core, core-plus and opportunistic assets. For one of those, it is currently embarking upon an asset transformation programme underpinned by a desire to in-source various functions. This includes the proposed appointment of an experienced Operations / Property Manager.

The Position       

The appointed individual will closely collaborate with a Centre Manager whilst leading a small operations team to oversee key property and facility management, maintenance and day-to-day operations processes. This will include the management of annual property management budgets, the appointment/management of contractors/vendors and the cohesive planning of planned, preventative maintenance. In addition, in conjunction with the asset management team as well as external consultants, the appointed individual will oversee asset enhancement initiatives (AEI) as well as fitting-out works (ensuring compliance to Mall standards and blueprint). Naturally, the team will oversee general operational standards whilst also supporting specific events or promotional campaigns that require facility support.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a Diploma or Degree (Facility Management / Engineering) and around 5-7 years of similar experience, preferably gained within a retail mall environment.  This will suit a tenacious, organised individual with leadership experience and strong communication and resource co-ordination skills.
