The Company

Our client is a diversified group with business interests across multiple industries and a growing portfolio of operations. The organization is strengthening its group finance capability to support sustainable growth, financial governance, compliance and improved business performance.

The Position

Reporting to the Group Finance Director / Group CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations while acting as a key financial partner to senior management. The role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury and cash flow, working capital, compliance, audit and internal controls, while providing financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and investment decisions.

The position will also drive improvements in financial performance and reporting, strengthen governance and controls, manage relationships with banks, auditors and regulators, and lead the development of the wider finance team.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline, with approximately 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 3–5 years in a finance management position. Experience within a group of companies, holding company or large corporate environment is preferred, together with strong exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, compliance and accounting operations.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, internal controls and audit, combined with strong analytical, financial modeling and leadership capabilities. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA or CIMA would be advantageous, together with experience using ERP and financial reporting systems. Strong English communication skills are required.
