The Company 

An exceptional, high-growth group that has garnered the support of an array of international, institutional investors as well as top-tier corporate customers for its flagship real estate products. Its regional AUM now surpasses $15bn and, despite current macro headwinds, it envisages strong growth during 2023/34. There is a need to bolster the Funds Management team


The Position       

Based in Singapore whilst leading a growing team, the appointed individual will enjoy well-rounded responsibility. The scope will include monitoring all critical investment, development, asset management and financial objectives to ensure alignment with investment strategy and oversight of day-to-day operations of each Fund. Naturally, the role will include analysis of acquisition/divestment financial models relating to IRR/NPV forecasts, impact analysis upon fund performance as well as deal structuring/terms negotiation, strategic direction relating to asset budget and portfolio performance management to drive ROI, collaboration with finance to examine initiatives to maximise returns, fund valuations and investor presentations. The appointed individual will also engage heavily with JV partners, investment, development and asset management teams, the Executive Management team as well as external consultants and banking partners.


The People 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics and at least 10+ years’ relevant fund/portfolio management experience. Current/prior exposure to development assets within the SEA real estate markets will be advantageous whilst offering a well-rounded, positive track record within a Fund Management capacity. Moreover, interested individuals will offer strong EQ to facilitate investor communications and the leadership and mentorship of a team.
