The Company

Our client is a Myanmar Group of Companies operating across various industries. As the organization continues to expand, they are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and strengthen the group's recruitment function, ensuring the business attracts, engages, and retains high-caliber talent across both corporate and operational functions.

The Position

Reporting to Head of Department, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the group's overall talent acquisition strategy to support ongoing business growth and organizational transformation. The role will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units, ensuring efficient hiring processes, strong candidate experience, and timely delivery of critical talent requirements.

The successful candidate will partner closely with senior business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements, develop talent pipelines for leadership and specialist positions, and implement proactive sourcing strategies across local and international markets. The role will also lead employer branding initiatives, strengthen relationships with executive search firms, universities, and professional networks, and introduce best practices in recruitment technology, talent analytics, and recruitment process optimization.

The Person

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive recruitment and talent acquisition experience, including several years in a leadership capacity. Experience managing recruitment across multiple business units, functions, or industries within large organizations will be highly advantageous.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong track record in executive search, talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment process improvement. Exposure to real estate, construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, FMCG, or diversified conglomerate environments would be beneficial. Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, leadership capability, and the ability to influence senior management are essential. Excellent communication skills in English and Burmese, together with a proactive and results-oriented approach, will be critical for success in this role.
