We are currently supporting a noted, high-profile firm dedicated towards the FMCG sector that holds a significant market leadership in Myanmar. The client has a strong global presence and has been regarded as one of the Best Global Brands. There is now a need to hire a Strategy and Analytics Manager to play a crucial role in building the company’s future.
The Strategy & Analytics Manager will be involved in the long-term strategy development and opportunity identification to achieve the vision of the business. There will be a need to identify new emerging opportunity to accelerate growth and build a business plan to ensure alignment towards the priorities initiated. Naturally, the Strategy & Analytics Manager will be involved in business insights and analytics to enable plan deliver and connect with different stakeholders/ business to understand the business performance and actions needed. As such, there will be the need to analyze the competitors and their intentions, proactively develop appropriate action plans including a Contingency Plan Readiness to address any business risk.
The ideal candidate should have a Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning/ business and a strong understanding of either the Marketing, Finance, Planning or Operations. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an analytical mind-set, problem solving abilities and a strong track record of leading a team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known MNC with in Myanmar.
