This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional to partner with senior leadership while leading strategic hiring initiatives across the organisation.

The Position

Reporting to senior HR leadership, the successful candidate will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver workforce planning, executive recruitment, succession planning, employer branding, and recruitment process optimisation. The role will oversee recruitment strategy, develop sustainable talent pipelines, manage agency partnerships, support expatriate hiring initiatives, and utilise recruitment analytics to improve hiring effectiveness and overall candidate experience.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of progressive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, including at least four years in a recruitment leadership role. Experience managing executive search assignments, international sourcing, expatriate recruitment, and recruitment agency partnerships will be highly advantageous. The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, together with expertise in modern sourcing platforms, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and workforce planning. Professional fluency in English and the ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
