The Company

The company is a market leader in internet/digital and technology related product innovations supporting multiple industries including gaming, social media, digital content and other fintech services. Headquartered in China, the company continues to grow within the APAC region thus the need to hire multiple experienced individuals to support their business needs. This includes an immediate opportunity for a highly motivated Technical Support staff to be based in their Singapore office.

 

The Position 

The appointed individual will be responsible for coordinating with business teams, troubleshooting and solving identified problems. He/She will be providing support to business users and engage with regional IT with regards to system monitoring and upgrades. He/She must be able to configure system parameters during the business operation process and report accordingly.

 

The Person 

Interested candidates should offer a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field and proven work experience as a Technical Support or Software Support Engineer. He/She must have 2-3 years of experience in development, operation, testing or technical support, and proficient in documentation. Ideally, the candidate should be interested in the gaming industry, self-driven, have the ability to read and write in both Chinese and English, good communication and coordination skills.
