Job description

·        Large-scale, Multi-venue Resort

·        International Management Team

·        Location: SE Asia

The Company

The Integrated Resort is a well-established gaming and hotel resort facility located in SE Asia enjoying particularly strong revenue and bottom-line growth. Led by a noted CEO, and bolstered by the support of an equally credible international Board, substantial plans for expansion are afoot complete with capital investment to enhance gaming, hospitality and infrastructure components. It now seeks a suitably-experienced Head of F&B.

The Position

Reporting to CEO, the appointed individual will lead a complex organisation consisting of around twenty (20) F&B venues, large-scale banqueting facilities, 1500 rooms and regular on-site events supported by a team of close to 600 regular staff and additional contract labour. Naturally, as the leader for a complex and demanding environment, there will be a need to oversee the end-to-end of the function. This will include strategic planning, financial management, operations management and service standards and menu development with culinary teams to meet the eclectic needs and preferences of its customers. Guest satisfaction is a priority and, as such, close collaboration with all other departments will be essential to ensure F&B seamlessly integrates with the overall customer experience.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced mid-level/senior F&B Executive to play a critical leadership role within an Integrated Gaming Resort that anticipates substantial growth.

The Person

The ideal candidate should be in their mid-career, offering around 15-20 years’ experience as a F&B Director/VP within a similar multi-venue, large-scale property cluster, preferably consisting of casino gaming operations. Experience must include team leadership, financial management (P&L), menu creation, business development, event and resource planning whilst driving first-class customer experience. Current or prior experience within Asia and /or Middle-East is preferred whilst strong leadership and creativity are equally critical traits.

In return, the appointed individual will secure an appropriately attractive salary and package.
