Its appetite for aggressive growth remains undimmed and this includes an impending Sustainability Fund and the next Fund in a successful value-add Fund series. There is now a need to bolster the team including a VP/SVP, Portfolio Management

Typically, the role will require the crafting and updating of portfolio models and the preparation and presentation of fund reports to investors whilst, on an ongoing basis, performing deep fund and variance analysis. Necessarily, the appointed individual will collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders and especially investment and asset management to evaluate and provide advice relating to the impact of fund performance via new acquisitions as well as specific strategic value-enhancement and operational initiatives as well as potential divestments. This will be complemented by fund reporting, internally and to investors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Manager or a real estate asset management professional possessing strong financial analysis acumen to transition into a portfolio management position. Moreover, it represents an opportunity to join a major investment platform and support its impressive, ongoing growth-story.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics whilst offering around 10-12 years appropriate well-rounded experience and track record (including current or prior portfolio management experience) secured within the real estate sector and with sound exposure to Private Funds. The appointed individual will be collaborative yet able to work independently whilst offering a combination of strong analytical skills and ability to interface with internal stakeholders and investors.
