Boasting an impressive track record, aside from ad hoc growth and/or replacement hiring, the team has built multiple platforms from market entry phase. The latter has included several global, European and Asia-headquartered fund and asset management teams cutting across direct and indirect/fund of funds, several REITs from pre-IPO to post-IPO operations (Board, C-level and operations), Family Office and vertically integrated fund-investment-development-asset management firms. As might be expected, we have successfully accommodated all functions for every type of asset; we have very successfully completed business development, deal underwriting, acquisitions/transaction management, portfolio and fund management functions underpinned by supporting finance, treasury and legal professionals.

​Case Study – team building for a Real Estate investment platform

In early 2017, we were challenged to support the growth of an exciting developer and asset manager of logistics assets. Within 24 months, we had successfully completed forty (40) key corporate and country-level appointments across three (3) countries incorporating the entire finance team, business development, asset, investment, fund management, development and project management, regional EHS and many more besides.

Our engagement continues to present day with our support of its integrated REIT and various newly-created fund vehicles formed to spark additional market expansion across the Asia Pacific region.
