​Based in Singapore, Govind is a business leader with 11+ years of pan-Asian experience and strong focus on executive search and talent strategy. Over the past decade he has lived and worked across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia with an early international stint in France. He is aware of diverse cultures and talent needs. He built his career with American Express catering to 22+ international markets including Middle East and Southeast Asia. This journey shaped his ability to understand business priorities and identify leadership talent across markets.

Today, Govind advises organizations on executive and senior functional appointments, with particular insight into corporate leadership hiring. He partners with boards and business leaders to strengthen leadership benches, support market entry and build future ready teams.

An MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), combined with his regional exposure, underpins his consultative and pragmatic approach to leadership advisory.
