The Company

The organisation is an international,institutional, real estate investor enjoying stellar growth across the APAC region. It has been aggressively growing its APAC direct and indirect real estate investments, partner investment platforms and associated real estate ecosystem, the latter incorporating PropTech, renewables and similar. As part of its ongoing growth, a new office has been established in Sydney and for which it now seeks a highly experienced Administrative Assistant to its Australia Senior Executive team.

The Position

The Administrative Assistant will provide one-to-one administrative support to the country head and will serve as the primary point of contact to internal and external stakeholders whilst undertaking a broad suite of duties; these will include the preparation of written correspondence, assuming full control and management of calendar and handling confidential information. There will be the need to manage day-to-day matters such as claims and travel records as well as critical housekeeping duties around diary and task management besides maintaining key contact information and the efficient organization and management of records and correspondence. Necessarily, this will also include internal stakeholder liaison, the production of reports and presentations as well as ad hoc administrative and/or co-ordination tasks that may arise.

The Person

Interested candidates will demonstrate at least 5 years’ similar experience preferably secured within the banking & finance, real estate investment, or investment & asset management industry. Candidates must offer a proven ability to deliver specific projects on-time and with close attention to detail whilst nimbly operating within a highly collaborative and high-performing team. The successful individual is likely to offer a mature, responsible and business-like attitude with a tacit appreciation for accountability and responsiveness whilst also offering outstanding written and verbal communication skills to enable stakeholder liaison at all levels. The organisation allows hybrid working arrangements.
