The role will include asset planning for new development projects, positioning of the assets including key decisions around asset enhancement (AEI), divestment, marketing and leasing strategy whilst carefully monitoring and managing financial performance (cashflow and asset value) underpinned by a need to review, approve and report matters relating to competitive market strength, revenue, leasing status, rental collection/arrears and risk management (such as, distressed tenants) and underlying P&L. The appointed individual will support new investment deals at the analysis and due diligence stage whilst preparing for operational hand-over. There will be an ongoing need to prepare market and portfolio reports to the Fund Management team for investor reporting.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer an appropriate Degree (Real Estate) complete with 5-8 years’ prior experience within real estate asset management having supported new acquisitions and divestments complete with well-rounded exposure to leasing, AEI, property management and valuations. Exposure to logistics/industrial assets would be beneficial although not essential. Candidates should possess a combination of traits that will include sound financial and commercial competence, strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills to forge team collaboration. Strong English language proficiency is essential whilst current or prior exposure to Vietnam is preferred.
