The Position

Located in Yangon, the appointed individual will oversee all critical HR functions whilst offering a capability to steer specialist HR functions, act as a Business Partner to department Heads whilst generally planning, managing and directing resources whilst meeting the objectives of the organisation. This will include all facets of HR from policy development, resource planning, talent acquisition and management, training, performance management, employee relations and administration management through to ongoing, long-term strategic projects around succession-planning and leadership development programmes. Naturally, there will be a need to collaborate with other corporate functions to ensure HR strategy and operations is aligned to business needs.
