The Company

The client is a fast going retail and F&B chain that has been going from strength to strength. As part of their recent and continued expansion, they are now looking to hire an Accounts Payable Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Position

Working closely and reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Executive will be responsible for the daily accounting and transaction processing of the organization. This includes performing accounts payable function, month-end closing, preparing and reviewing monthly schedules and reconciliations. The successful incumbent will also be involved in GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports in accordance with government regulations. The Finance Executive will be involved in any adhoc duties and provide guidance to junior executives.

The Person

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally have at least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting and finance. Candidates should be self-driven, proactive and to be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
