The Company 

An exceptional international Group that has enjoyed stellar growth across APAC whilst driving investment and/or development of industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. It has built a regional portfolio in excess of US$12bn and its dynamic growth is continuing throughout 2022 and beyond. In Singapore, there is an urgent need to bolster the Fund Management team to support ongoing AUM growth underpinned by capital deployment for new acquisitions. The firm is looking to appoint 3-4 Fund Analysts / Accountants for interim and potential permanent positions.

The Positions      

Reporting to the SEA Head of Funds, the successfully appointed individuals will undertake broad fund-level investment and portfolio analysis. The various responsibilities may include building pre-acquisition and portfolio financial models relating to IRR/NPV forecasts and ensuing impact analysis as well as managing commercial real estate due diligence processes including the review of contracts and agreements.

Important note: Although initially commencing on a short-term contract there is a strong potential for conversion into a permanent position.

The People 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance), a minimum of 2+ years’ experience of Investment Analysis or Fund Accounting and preferably with some exposure to commercial real estate due diligence. Both Fund Accountants and Investment Analysts should offer very strong Excel modelling capability and immediate availability. A CPA/CFA accreditation would be advantageous.
