The Company 

The organisation is a large, multi-sector listed conglomerate boasting multiple successful international business divisions. This includes an award-winning Real Estate Development division at its central hub. Group-wide, the Division is embarking upon a pivoting of its real estate direction. Consequently, in Indonesia, it now wishes to appoint a Head of Human Resources with a positive mandate to actively pursue a transformation and modernisation programme to support its new vision complete with new structure and internal capability.

 

The Position       

Reporting to the Country Head, the appointed individual will lead a lean HR team tasked with leading the HR transformation for the real estate division from a very successful, but somewhat traditional, development structure, to one that is modern, agile, asset-lite and customer-centric and which will subsequently allow for the entry and expansion into new sectors. Whilst leveraging strong organisational development (OD) experience, the appointed individual will restructure the business and develop new operational capabilities to allow for successful market entry and delivery of new products whilst championing a cultural shift to encourage and reward ideation, innovation and digitalisation. Naturally, there will be accompanying need to deliver the full suite of HR responsibility including talent management, leadership development, performance management, C&B as well as the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the HR team.

The Person 

Interested candidates are expected to offer Degree and supporting HR accreditations, complete with 15+ years’ HR experience including demonstrable department leadership and transformation/change management acumen preferably gained within an international organisation. Preferred candidates will offer strong Organisation Development (OD) experience besides generalist HR experience, familiarity operating collaboratively with C-level management and first-class English language proficiency.
