As the company expands into SE Asia, there is a need to build a team for a new, state-of-the-art factory in Vietnam. 

 

 

The Position  

Reporting to the country Deputy General Manager whilst leading a team, the appointed individual will be responsible for product quality management within its Vietnamese factories, strictly supervising the implementation of quality standards, ensuring, improving product quality and creating and inculcating a culture of continuous improvement. This will include organizing QC team activities, identifying product quality issues via on-site inspection as well as an assessment of integrated manufacturing processes. The appointed individual will be involved in implementing ISO9001 and additional QA/QC management systems whilst also meeting national regulations and policies.   

 

The Person   

Interested candidates should offer a Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Quality Management Engineering) and a minimum of five years team and quality process management experience in large-scale home & appliance manufacturing enterprises. The candidate must have a strong proficiency in using various quality management analysis tools. Whilst a basic understanding of occupational health and safety and environmental (OHSE) is anticipated, a command of Chinese and Vietnamese (spoken and written) is essential.
