The Company 

The organisation is a subsidiary of a well-established, boutique Real Estate platform with a growing portfolio of diversified funds and separate accounts with a focus toward the first-tier APAC markets. Its Data Centre Fund is in the early stages of growth and, consequently, has a need to bolster the team. In Singapore, this includes a junior Investment Analyst.

The Position       

Reporting to an Associate, whilst closely collaborating with senior acquisition and asset management colleagues, the appointed individual will enjoy a well-rounded to support regional deal underwriting (Australia, Korea, Japan, SG), the preparation of Investment Committee memos and support to the due diligence and transaction execution process.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree (Real Estate, Finance/Economics) and around 1 year of relevant post-graduate experience. Ideally, this should have been secured within a real estate fund/investor complete with strong exposure to financial modelling, due diligence and performance analysis of industrial or DC assets. The position will suit a confident, outgoing and inquisitive individual seeking a vibrant team environment.

The company will offer a salary in the range of $4.5-5k+/- per month relative to experience.
