The Position
Reporting to Sales Director in Singapore and APAC Marketing Team Lead, the appointed individual will be responsible to support both the sales and marketing team on sales operations to maintain the efficiency of the sales process. The Sales and Marketing Support Executive will be expected to maintain the data accuracy on their system and will work closely with the Legal, Tax and Finance team on marketing purchase order processing. There is also a need to support online marketing campaign, Webinars and offline marketing event operation.
The Person
Interested candidates are expected to offer a Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing Management with 4+ years of sales and marketing support experience. Knowledge in Salesforce operations and Panshi system is a plus. Candidates should be self-driven, proactive and have the ability to read and write in both Chinese and English to liaise with Chinese speaking clients.
