This includes an immediate opportunity for a dedicated Sales Engineer to be based in Bangkok.
The Position
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the appointed individual will serve as primary contact during the sales cycle including sales and technical presentation, proposals, deal closing and contract terms negotiations. You will be responsible to review customer specifications and prepare equipment selections, pricing and proposal for complete systems solutions to meet the needs of the customers. The Sales Engineer will be expected to manage the machine delivery, installation supervision, start up commissioning and project hand over. The position also requires the ability to generate new leads, prospects from marketing activities and build up a strong relationship with the partner, contractor and distributor.
The Person
Interested candidates should offer a Degree or higher in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or similar. Minimum of 3 years working experience in Sales or Business Development. To be successful in this role, the candidates must have relevant experience in PLC systems, DCS, BAS, SCADA or other monitoring systems. Strong knowledge in engineering systems (i.e. Air conditioning system, cooling system, chiller, boiler, solar cell, lighting system). Also, the candidate should be able to provide HVAC diagrams, CAD or BIM to customers. Candidates should be self-driven, proactive, able to work under pressure with strong presentation and good communication skills. Lastly, there will be a need for travel within the country.
