The Company 

A first-class opportunity to join a well-respected, first-tier, global real estate investor, very active and highly influential across the Asia markets whilst holding a strong capital allocation. It presently wishes to appoint a Senior Analyst / Junior Associate for its real estate team

The Position       

Reporting to a Senior Associate whilst collaborating across its real estate team, the appointed individual will support regional investment transactions consisting of corporate M&A and ongoing platform-level growth as well as potential portfolio and asset-level deals. As such, the appointed individual will perform a key role in evaluating LBO / M&A transactions and JV opportunities across the real estate sector as well as portfolio monitoring and reporting. Naturally, this will include acquisition deal analysis, the development of financial projections and company valuations whilst providing support for deal structuring. The platform anticipates very strong growth in these markets and especially given a strategic push to re-balance its APAC portfolio.

The Person 

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics and around 4+ years’ real estate investment experience secured within bulge bracket IB, first-tier PERE funds, SWF or international Pension Fund environments. Offering strategic acumen, strong modelling proficiency and a track record supporting completed M&A / LBO transactions, the appointed individual will offer institutional credentials matched by appropriate entrepreneurial drive and energy.
