The Company 

This is a superb opportunity to join an exceptional international Group enjoying stellar growth across APAC. It is focused toward real estate investment, development, asset and fund management of Greenfield/Brownfield real estate assets on behalf of institutional investors. It has built a highly cosmopolitan team and a regional asset portfolio in excess of US$12bn whilst its growth will continue apace as the company enters new markets and pivots to include new asset types. The Group now seeks an experienced Asset Management professional to support its existing and future assets in Indonesia.

The Position

Reporting to the Singapore-based Head of Asset Management, the successfully appointed individual will be responsible for the financial performance monitoring of current and future assets whilst also overseeing and managing external outsourced property managers to ensure day-to-day operational matters support asset integrity and continue to satisfy the needs of long-term corporate tenants. The appointed individual will build and monitor asset models relating to monthly/quarterly and annual revenue, cashflow and profitability whilst reviewing associated OPEX/Capex expenditures and rental income to evaluate financial results against budgeted forecasts whilst offering appropriate solutions to improve performance. The position will support the preparation of annual budgets whilst also preparing asset plans for current/future assets under development.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a Degree in Real Estate or Engineering and around 5-7+ years’ relevant experience in an asset management capacity. Interested candidates will offer hybrid experience that includes financial modelling and analysis as well as a technical understanding of hard assets (to ensure adequate supervision of external property management services). Exposure to a REIT, FUND or Developer environment would be beneficial whilst Bahasa language skills would be desirable. Aside from domestic candidates, this is a super role for an overseas-based Indonesian considering repatriation whilst seeking to sustain their asset management career.
