Private Equity Real Estate
Salary: $8-9k per month
The organisation is a well-established, entrepreneurial and dynamic Private Equity Real Estate platform with an internationally diversified portfolio of assets. In Singapore, it holds a number of prestigious core, core-plus and opportunistic assets. For one of those, it is currently embarking upon an asset transformation programme underpinned by a desire to in-source various functions. This includes the proposed appointment of an experienced Leasing Manager.
The appointed individual will closely collaborate with the asset management team to help achieve top-line revenue targets. Naturally, this will involve leasing and marketing of retail units, lease negotiation and administration as well as the management of renewals, pre-terminations and the building and curation of a pipeline of appropriate tenants to meet mall positioning and underpinned by trends and competitor analysis. On an ongoing basis there will be a need to monitor mall and tenant financial performance whilst building appropriate A&P plans to stimulate growth. There will be an accompanying requirement to track lease expiries, maintain accurate records whilst providing appropriate management reports.
Interested candidates will offer a Diploma or Degree (Real Estate, Business, Marketing) and around 8+ years of similar lease management experience gained within a retail mall environment. This will suit a tenacious, organised individual with strong relationship-building skills matched by an ability to assess market trends, develop deal pipelines and further augmented by strong negotiation expertise.
