The Company 

The organisation, a subsidiary of a Singapore-listed conglomerate, is a dynamic vertically-integrated investor, developer and operator of Data Centre assets boasting a fast-growing international portfolio extending across Asia Pacific and now complemented by attention toward EMEA. Enjoying substantial support by a noted Capital partner, the firm is firmly committed to organic and acquisitive asset- and platform-level growth. The firm now wishes to appoint a Singapore-based Portfolio Manager to oversee its growing South Korea AUM.

The Position

The appointed individual will drive portfolio performance whilst undertaking full life-cycle activity relating to portfolio-level financial models, performance and variance analysis and the close collaboration with on-the-ground stakeholders with respect to investment and asset management strategy, budget management and fund impact analysis and advice relating to value enhancement and operational initiatives, client/tenant stability, Hold/Sell analysis and similar. Naturally, the position will include the crafting of quarterly and annual portfolio reporting.

The Person 

As the role is focused toward a growing South Korea asset portfolio, interested candidates MUST offer bi-lingual Korean and English language proficiency complemented by a Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business and around 8-10 years relevant experience comprising real estate investment/asset management and including portfolio management complete with sound financial analysis acumen.
