The company is a leader in the FMCG Industry with a strong global presence and has been regarded as one of the Best Global Brands. With a strong leadership team in Myanmar, they are now looking for an experienced Project & Engineering Manager to be based in Myanmar.

The Position

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Project & Engineering Manager will be responsible and accountable for whole company’s infrastructure plan, manufacturing and logistic master plan and infrastructure LRP and EBP CAPEX plan. He/she will support the Supply Chain Director and other business heads in creating a a 10-year IP study and 5-year master plan (both manufacturing & logistic) and work with finance BP on LRP and EBP CAPEX plan. Work out yearly, quarterly, and monthly project plan

Leading all supply chain CAPEX projects and supporting other functions from project management and engineering consultancy perspective, including all civil work, architecture design, HR and sales facilities. He/She will also manage the packaging innovation for the business, including PET preform/closure light weighting, preform/closure innovation design, shrinking film and stretch film innovation, labelers design, CAN light weighting, CAN paper/carton packaging, RGB bottle/crown light weighting, ASSP, new bottle design, etc.

The Person        

Interested candidates must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Degree – Preferred) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably within beverage/brewery industry. To be successful in this role, he/she must have end to end supply chain knowledge, including procurement, manufacturing, QSE, logistics. Good understanding of beverage industry production lines, processing system, packaging technology, QSE compliance, logistic model and technology, power supply and utilities, building and other facilities are necessary. Strong project management skills and experience, excellent communication, and supplier/contractor management skills are also required for this position.
