Armed with core skills associated with the end-to-end of Executive Search consultancy and assignment delivery, including candidate screening and qualification, market mapping, candidate and client management & development, her exposure includes a successful record across mature and emerging markets. Having been trained and developed within a noted APAC market-leading Search firm, she offers outstanding technical credentials to complement her professional and positive working attitude as well as her commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.

Lyn offers specialization across the Technology / IT&T sector with a strong track record delivering senior, regional level appointments within IT, Telecoms, BFSI and Digital Media besides the full gamut of technical, commercial, sales and marketing appointments. Her experience also allows for the delivery of generalist, senior-level mandates across the engineering and supply chain functions.

She holds a Degree in Anthropology.
