The Company

The company is a leader in the FMCG Industry with a strong global presence. The company has been operating in the Myanmar market and regarded as one of the most successful brands in the country. With a strong leadership team in Myanmar, they are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Operation Manager to be based in their Myanmar manufacturing plant.

The Position

Reporting to the Logistics Excellence Head, the appointed individual will be responsible for receiving and storing product effectively and improving efficiency by designing and developing effective movement and storage systems. The Warehouse Operation Manager will contribute to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives. This includes preparation and implementation of production and quality plans based on company standards.

Moreover, he/she will manage a team, coaching, counselling, scheduling, and disciplinary action of current warehouse employees as needed by enforcing policies and procedures.

The Person        

Interested candidates must have a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, preferably within beverage/brewery industry. To be successful in this role, he/she must have prior experience in supply chain management as well as logistics. Strong leadership, project management skills, excellent communication, and supplier/contractor management skills are also required for this position.
