The Company

The client is a well-respected and prominent logistic player that is committed to excellence and providing high value services to its client. Following an internal transfer of the current incumbent, there is now a need to hire an Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Lead to join their finance department.

The Position

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the AR Team Lead will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations concerning Accounts Receivable. This role entails conducting monthly reviews of AR accounts in collaboration with other departments, overseeing Balance Sheet Reviews, and engaging in proactive communication with various stakeholders to resolve outstanding receivables. Furthermore, the AR Team Lead will collaborate closely with other finance teams to ensure the provision of accurate and up-to-date financial information. There will be a need to perform additional ad-hoc duties and projects as they arise.

The Person

To excel in this position, candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, accompanied by an Accountancy Degree or a recognized CA/ACCA qualification. A proven track record in Accounts Receivable is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, exhibit strong teamwork capabilities, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
