The Company

The organisation is a subsidiary of an exceptional international Group and which continues to enjoy stellar growth across APAC whilst driving investment and development of industrial & logistics assets on behalf of its institutional investors. The Position

Based in Singapore, whilst reporting the Head of Transactions, the appointed individual(s) will enjoy a fast-paced environment whilst supporting multiple concurrent acquisition and JV opportunities across the SE Asia region. Activity will relate to asset acquisitions, land for development and potential JVs including the development and support of new venture conceptualisation. Whilst capital deployment is the primary responsibility for the team, the appointed individuals will undoubtedly undertake market research and data management with respect to the SEA industrial sector and ongoing support to pitch books/prospectuses for future fund-raising.

Why should you be interested? The company offers scale, a significant track-record and ‘dry powder’ for new investments. Moreover, the firm envisages significant deal transactions over the next 12 months and beyond, including the penetration of a new market.

The Person

Interested candidates will offer a good Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Economics and an anticipation of 2 years’ (Analyst) or 3-5 years (Associate) real estate investment experience preferably secured within a PERE or IB environment. Interested individuals should offer advanced financial modelling acumen (a CFA accreditation would be ideal) and sound end-to-end deal cycle and transactional experience. Prior exposure to Industrial or Logistics assets, including development assets, would be advantageous although relevant experience across other asset types will also be considered. A strong work ethic, desire for success and the ability to operate in a self-motivated manner is essential as the environment is fast-paced and focused toward ongoing growth.
