The Company 

The organisation is a growing multi-asset private investment firm with strong growth plans for 2022. Its dynamic management team has forge a lively, highly entrepreneur culture that actively encourages idea generation, product development and empowerment to deliver result. It is now on a mission to bolster the team and is seeking to recruit a visionary Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director to be part of its next phrase of growth.  

The Position 

Based in Singapore whilst reporting to, and working closely with the Chairman the appointed Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director will provide leadership for all aspects of the finance, capital structuring and financial operations function of the platform whilst overseeing a small team. The appointed individual will develop and maintain the company’s business plan, annual budget, consolidated financial statements, corporate governance, and reporting. The Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director will be involved in high-level corporate strategy with a need to liaise with shareholders/investors, provide support in the organisation’s investment decision-making process and build a robust financial strategy and structure for the growing portfolio of assets. To ensure the alignment of the long-term goal of the company, there will be a need to advice and assist in asset allocation, capital deployment and capital structuring.

The Person 

Aside from demonstrating an entrepreneurial zest, the preferred candidate will offer a Degree in Finance or Business with a CPA or CA equivalent and a minimum of 15 years’ financial management experience within a fund management / Private Equity / Investment Banking environment.
